Families can make a simple plan for unexpected situations. Planning ahead helps everyone know what to do.

5. Keep asking for help until someone helps you.

11. FOR ADULTS
For adults: Complete this worksheet together and adapt it to your family’s actual emergency arrangements. Keep the plan simple and practise it calmly. Children should not be given emergency-response responsibilities beyond following instructions and seeking adult help.
